Encountering infinite loading error on Chat GPT
An error has occurred with Chat GPT. The chat history on the left screen has disappeared, and the loading icon in the center top is not disappearing. Additionally, new messages cannot be created and when checking the settings by clicking on the "..." on the bottom left, all settings except for the theme have disappeared.
What is the cause of the problem
When considering the possible causes of the error in Chat GPT, there are a few options:
1. Internet connectivity issues: There may be problems with the internet connection, but this seems unlikely since the internet is working fine for other uses.
2. Browser cache issues: It's possible that the cache has accumulated and caused the error, but even after clearing the cache, the same issue persists.
3. Extension conflicts: There may be a conflict between Chat GPT and one of the browser extensions installed. However, even after disabling all extensions, the problem remains.
4. Chat GPT server problems: Currently, it seems that the most likely cause of the error is an issue with the Chat GPT server. Based on the information gathered from forums, it appears to be a global issue that started on 28/04/2023. According to user reports, the error has been occurring since that time.
One question here
If the problem is with the Chat GPT server, shouldn't the access error occur on all platforms? However, there are posts that say they can access it on mobile devices, so I checked on my iPad and it worked. The error only seems to occur on PC, but why is that? Some users report being able to access Chat GPT on their laptops, but not on their PCs.
Is it a VPN issue?
On April 16th, before the error occurred on the 28th, there was a user who experienced an infinite loading error. According to the user, it was a VPN issue and they were able to resolve it by using a different VPN program.
Could the issue be with the VPN program? As the issue still persisted even after disabling the browser extension, it was initially assumed that the extension was not the cause of the problem. However, just to be sure, the VPN program was completely uninstalled.

After completely removing the VPN extension program, Chat GPT started to run normally again.
When asked if VPN was the cause of the issue to celebrate the resolution of the Chat GPT error, the response was that VPN could be one of the causes of the infinite loading, but it is not always the case and there could be other problems as well. Most likely, VPN programs are the cause of the issue, but if not, we will have to find another solution, which could be a real headache.
